1. Acceptance of terms
By using Unbound, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
2. Description of service
Unbound is a focus tool that allows you to:
- Block selected applications
- Create focus sessions with a defined duration
- Configure recurring routines
- Reduce digital distractions
3. Nature of blocking
Unbound uses tools provided by the operating system to apply restrictions.
- We do not guarantee absolute blocking in all cases.
- You are responsible for not modifying system settings to bypass restrictions.
4. Responsible use
You agree to use the app personally and legitimately. Not allowed:
- Attempting to manipulate how the app works
- Using it for illegal purposes
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a subscription:
- Unlimited lists
- Scheduled routines
- Advanced blocking features
Payment is processed through Apple.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID settings.
6. Changes to the service
We may modify or improve features at any time. We may also limit certain features in the free version or introduce new premium features.
7. Limitation of liability
Unbound is provided "as is":
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. improved productivity).
- We are not responsible for decisions you make during or outside app use.
- We are not responsible for OS failures that affect blocking.
8. Termination
We may suspend access to the app in case of misuse.
9. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated in the future. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of changes.
